1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll the crescent dough. Pat over the bottom of an 11x17-inch baking sheet (with sides), pressing edges and perforations to seal. Baked for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool. 2) Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, cocktail sauce and horseradish in a large mixer bown at medium speed until creamy. 3) Spread over the baked layer of crescent dough. Layer with the crab meat, shrimp, broccoli, green onions, and all peppers. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. 4) Cut into 40 small squares. |
