Fajitta Salad

240 calories/30.2 grams protein per serving

4 oz. chicken breast 124 cal. 26 g protein
1 tsp taco seasoning mix 15 cal 0 protein
1/2 cup chopped green peppers 15 cal. .6 g protein
1/2 cup chopped red peppers 17 cal. .6 g protein
2 1/4cup spinich 15 cal. 1.9 protein
1/4 cup chopped tomato 6.3 cal .3 protein
1/4 cup chopped white onion 12 cal. .3 protein
1/2 cup sliced jalapeno peppers 16 cal .5 protein
hot sauce 20 cal 0 protein

1) Cook chicken breast and taco mix together over medium heat.
2) When chicken is cooked, add peppers & cook long enough to be warm-but not cooked all the way through, still crunchy.
3) Place spinich on a plate, add chicken and peppers on top of the spinach. Layer onion and tomato and peppers on top and add hot sauce (or salsa but calorie count will be different).

Optional You can add fat free sour cream (but need to add 20 cal per 2 tbls).
